Every speaker manufacturer boasts that their tweeter can extend to 30 kHz, 40 kHz, or some even 50 kHz. However, they rarely emphasize whether their woofer can reach as low as 30 Hz or even 20 Hz due to physical limitations. Some woofers dip down by -6 dB or even -10 dB when approaching 40 Hz, to overcome this, the audiophiles always crank up the volume to feel the punch and get back the playback emotion, which can make the overall listening experience really disappointing.
We address this with a very elegant analog design—no DSP, no op-amp, no capacitors, just pure single-ended Class A loaded with a high-performance inductive low-frequency compensator. You can choose your compensation frequency and gain, allowing your speaker to perform as it should to enhance the playback emotion, SIGNIFICANTLY.
