Warranty Policy
We’ve got you covered! Your product is protected under our warranty, ensuring it is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period. Should any issues arise during this time, we will provide the necessary support at no cost. Our objective is to restore your product to optimal performance, either through repairs or by replacing components with new or refurbished parts of equivalent quality.
Shipping and Service Fee Responsibilities
First 30 Days: We will cover all shipping costs, including sending the product to you and returning it to us if necessary.
First Year: You will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product to us, while we will cover the return shipping fees.
Remaining Warranty Period: You will be responsible for both the inbound and outbound shipping costs; however, repair services will be provided free of charge.
Out-of-Warranty Products: You will be responsible for all shipping costs, and any repairs or maintenance services will be subject to a service fee.
Exclusions and Limitations
Our warranty does not cover:
Import duties, taxes, or other related fees.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts such as batteries.
Products with tampered serial numbers or removed/altered genuine identification stickers, which will result in warranty voidance.
Warranty Claim Process
Should you require warranty service, contact our customer support team at chong@ccyengineering.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt and warranty card. Additionally, you may be responsible for shipping the defective product to our designated service center when necessary.
Liability Limitation
Our responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to repairing or replacing the product. We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
